Insurance Claims Reporting and Processing

We have direct repair relationships with most of the major insurance companies. Our direct repair relationships along with our OEM certifications allow our customers to receive a safe, factory-certified repair while streamlining the process through our direct repair relationships all at the same time. To make this process go as quickly as possible for you, there are a few steps we recommend you take.

  • Report the Claim – Actually reporting the claim is the most important step you can take. Our training office staff will assist you in every aspect, including reporting the claim. The sooner you do this, the better. Also, there tend to be added delays when a claim is made too late. Remember, you may do this once in a lifetime, we do this thousands of times per year! Let our trained office staff assist you in every possible way, including your first report of your insurance claim.

  • Contact us at Flower Hill Auto Body – If you handled reporting the claim yourself, you should contact us and let us know what’s going on. Our staff is expertly trained to guide you through this process. We will ask you any questions that may be needed by the insurance company. Keep in mind that every insurance company has different policies so the questions that you are asked will be based on your individual circumstance. We will provide all necessary documentation to whatever insurance company will be paying for the repair.

  • Know Your Rights – Insurance companies can be incredibly coercive. It is your right to have your car repaired anywhere you would like, meaning you can have your car repaired at Flower Hill Auto Body. Do not let the insurance company attempt to talk you out of this.

If you are unsure about how the claims reporting and processing service work, especially in regard to payment, don’t worry. We are here to guide you through the process, so simply make a call to us today and we will get through it.
