Dominick the manager is unbelievable. I cannot BELIVE THE PERSONAL ATTENTION GIVEN TO ME. PROMPT RESPONSES. JOHN THE OWNER IS ALSO AN AMAZING GENTLEMAN. they treat me like a VIP. As far as their work, well it speaks for itself. They fixed my Audi SQ5 as if it came right from the manufacturer. All sensors and calibrations were spot on!!! Their paintwork and blending is superb. As far as my Audi R8, I had installed a carbon fiber front hood. I brought to 2 other shops and they could not adjust it properly so all the seams were exactly like OEM. Well Flower Hill did it in ONE SHOT THE FIRST TIME!!!! PERFECTLY!!! They are also EXPERT carbon fiber repair specialists!!! They fixed my carbon fiber wheel, front diffuser, etc. Most shops won’t even touch an OEM carbon fiber part. Not FLOWER HILL. THEY ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE AND MASTER IT!! They not only repair cars, but are the best in adding aftermarket or OEM enhancements to the car. They can take apart a Mclaren 720S and out it back together exact to OEM spec. Not many shops can do that. GO TO FLOWER HILL AUTO!!! You won’t be disappointed. IF YOU WANT CHEAP, THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF YOU WANT EXPERT WORK AND OWN A HIGH-END CAR, THEN GO TO FLOWER HILL. AND YOU WONT EVER HAVE TO GO BACK TO HAVE THE SAME THING FIXED. SINCE IT WAS DONE RIGHT ON THE FIRST SHOT. QUALITY WORK IS NOT CHEAP!!! YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. AND SOMETIMES YOU GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAY. And somehow Flower Hill always goes above and beyond. (I’m a private customer and not affiliated and/or a paid representative of this shop in any way). I just praise people who deserve it!!! (Right now they are installing a new rear wing and brackets on my Audi R8). And new R8 GT front bumper next month. Also an ABT body kit on brand new 2023 Audi SQ8 when it is delivered from Germany this July.

Took my mustang in for rear end damage, They are very transparent with the work that needs to be done and communicate to the customer in a fashion that makes you feel comfortable knowing its with professionals. Due to supply chain issues some parts took longer to get than usual which ended up going past the 30 day rental given to me by insurance, Dominic called enterprise and picked up the bill for time remaining that was needed to fix the car. To be clear flower hill is NOT the cheapest body repair shop, but take one step into there shop and talk to them. You will quickly understand why they are not the cheapest shop in town. They will make sure your car leaves looking better than it did when it came off the showroom floor.

Based on the reviews, I had high expectations coming here but the end result was disappointing for me. I didn't receive the same type of "personal" experience that I see on most of the reviews. This may just be the case for me or my expectations may be higher than most but it was very much a lack of communication when it came to my car. The best communication probably happened up until my insurance paid off the balance for the car and then from then on, I was kind of just waiting for an automated email update about where the car is in the production line. Things I had spoken about with the person I met with initially was never addressed, I just had to roll with it. The body work itself I have no complaints about, it all seems like top notch work but I would prefer much better communication about the car, especially for the price that is being charged.One other note, the "quality control" part of the job took about a week to complete. Granted, they found an issue and had to redo some of the work but when I picked up the car there was a black streak on the driver side door of the car. It was disappointing to see that sneak pass the week long quality control portion of the job. I think the worst part of that is when the person giving me the car said it'll buff right out, and he seem to suggest that I should just be doing it myself. I went ahead and told him to do it for me as it doesn't make any sense for me to have to do something like that on my own. He did and it did buff right out but still, that didn't sit right with me. I may be being a little picky but the overall experience was not great and for some looking at just the reviews on google, be aware that some of these issues can arise. I would probably rate it a 3.5 star experience if allowed but I'd definitely lean more to 3 after that last issue at pick up.

Flower Hill Auto Body is the most premier shop on Long Island without a doubt. Their professionalism and attention to detail is what truly makes them the best in the business. Dom in particular was an awesome service advisor who cares about quality and making sure the customer is happy. I have an Audi SQ5 that was side swiped and I was extremely nervous of having any repairs done. They made my car look brand new and I highly recommend them to anyone. Flower Hill Auto Body will definitely be my shop of choice going forward!

Had my car brought in to repair damage from an accident and it came out looking great. The car was spotless inside and out. It looked so good that I asked what car wash they use, but unfortunately, they wash the cars themselves. Very happy with the service I received!

It was my second visit to Flower Hill Auto and both times this terrific business came through. On my first visit I had front and rear bumper guards installed as I live in the city and park on the street. Flower allowed me to order and have the bumper guards shipped directly to them, which made things so much easier for me. The follow-up installation was stellar and I have been extremely happy. The guards have protected my bumpers from being hit and damaged. Most recently, while my car was parked on the street in the city, it was struck on the front side by a hit and run driver. Fortunately, the damage was limited but it left a small dent and some scratches on the body. On a whim I stopped by Flower on my way home from visiting a friend who lives in Long Island to get an estimate and to see if they could pop out the dent and touch up the paint. Not only did they do a stellar job, they did it quickly and efficiently while I waited and at an incredibly reasonable cost. I am so pleased and happy with the work Flower performed on both of my visits. Finally, the customer service is top notch at Flower. On my first visit the staff was so kind and helpful to me. On my follow-up visit yesterday Joey and all of the staff were incredible. I highly recommend Flower Auto Body and will continue to use their stellar services when in need.

I had an amazing experience at flower hill auto body shop. My Mercedes was hit and the whole front and side was damaged. Ed and his team did an incredible job. The car looks flawless and brand new again. Ed was always available for any questions and truly cared about our concerns. We couldn’t have had a better experience. I will definitely recommend this auto body shop.

Excellent Customer Service! It was my first time coming here and they made me feel very comfortable from the start. They completed the repairs ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job! I was extremely happy to get my car back!

Professionalism and altruism converge at Flower Hill Auto Body. I brought my vehicle in for an assessment of what appeared to be paint transfer from side view mirror to my front fender from a light touch collision captured on dash cam. Roz was great scheduling my appointment. No wait. Dominic met with me upon my arrival. We went to inspect the vehicle. He showed compassion and attentiveness when I showed him the dash cam video. He applied a solution and gently rubbed at the mark. Stepped away to return with a little bit of water, I believe. And the mark wiped away clean. He declined to charge for his services and time. He was seemed happy just to make his customers happy. I am so glad to have driven the extra mile to get to Flower Hill Auto Body and can attest to exemplary customer service.
