Our legacy continues as we surpass 70 years of service across three-generations at Flower Hill Auto Body. Being a fully certified collision repair shop in Long Island with over twenty OEM certifications is already a rare find. When you couple that with 70+ years of service across three generations, it makes us truly unique. Our heritage for fine automobile collision repairs began in the late 1940s and has continued into years of serving our customers, and we’re not stopping anytime soon.
There are plenty of reasons why we stand out among the rest in the automotive collision repair industry, and it starts with our dedication to repairing vehicles back to factory specifications. We have certifications for almost every possible repair process, which is important because every make and model is unique, no matter which brand you drive. By utilizing specific techniques and using genuine parts, we can work to maintain your vehicle’s warranty which helps you in the long run. Additionally, being a certified shop, will let you rest assured that we take our quality of work seriously. It’s essential to utilize genuine parts explicitly made for the vehicle needing work, and it is mandatory for shops if they want to maintain or earn certain certification status. We do this successfully and will continue to provide only the best, genuine parts at Flower Hill. Here is a list of our certifications:
Aston Martin, Mercedes Benz, Alfa Romeo, Ford, McLaren, Acura, Volkswagen, Volvo, Tesla, Nissan, Kia, Chrysler, Porsche, Cadillac, Honda, Hyundai, Audi, INFINITI, GM and Subaru
There’s a reason why we have serviced our community for over 70 years, our dedication to our clients. This goes beyond excellent customer service and friendly staff, as we strive for perfection with every issue that rolls into our facility. The only way to do that is to ensure that our employees are proficient and dependable. All of our lead repair specialists at Flower Hill Auto Body are ASE and I-Car Gold Certified. Only the best technicians can receive this qualification. It requires either two years of on-the-job training or one year of on-the-job training and a two-year degree in auto repair. Once that is complete, the aspiring technician must then pass a series of incredibly challenging tests. After all of these steps are completed and passed, continuing education is a must if they wish to remain ASE and I-Car Gold certified, so they have to retest every five years to ensure they are up to date with the latest and greatest in automobile collision repair.
As the industry continues to grow, and car manufacturers embrace the future with technologically advanced vehicles, it’s good to know that there is an auto body collision repair shop out there that can handle it all while ensuring customer satisfaction. We love that our customers continue the legacy with us by becoming third-generation customers, and we are excited to see where the future takes us. If you’re in need of the best repair services and customer satisfaction in the auto repair industry, then give us a call at Flower Hill Auto Body to schedule an appointment.
